Agents In School is TEAM's new program designed to help insurance agents get into their local high schools and teach students the basics of insurance.

Insurance 101 is our course designed for high school and community college students.  Available in 4, 6 and 8 week curriculums, it covers the basics and terminology, auto, property, life, health, commercial and more.  

Agents In School is simply the most effective prospecting strategy available.  For agents tired of chasing crappy internet leads, cold calling and other expensive and ineffective strategies, AIS gets you in front of young adults that are new to insurance, and eager to learn.  57% of US adults live in the same state where they grew up, which gives agents an opportunity to create lifetime customers.  No cold calling strangers that only want the cheapest rate, and will leave you at renewal.  Insurance 101 is your way to serve and impact your community AND grow your agency!

Insurance 101 can be an add-on to existing curriculum, or a new opportunity to educate students on products they'll use their entire lives.  With the huge benefit of a real live professional sharing their knowledge and expertise, engaging students with stories and examples of how insurance impacts people lives in so many ways.  

Insurance 101 is built for high school students, teaching the basics at their level.  Whether it's learning coverages in an auto policy, what kind of property insurance is needed at college, etc., students want to know this stuff!  Agents In School allows students to not only learn the nuts and bolts of insurance, they also get to interact with professionals that have a real passion for insurance and all of the opportunities available in the industry.

TEAM is launching the complete Agents In School Course and Resource Library this fall.  We're updating the Insurance 101 curriculum and all the training materials.  I've personally put over 300 hours over the last 2 years into AIS/I101.  Compiling my personal versions of Insurance 101 I've used over the years, tons of online research and industry resources to consume, and creating everything with the help of AI, etc.  We've surveyed agents to get their input, and high school leaders to learn how to best serve them and their students.  A high quality Training you'll be proud to offer your community.
