Over the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in, on, and with insurance agencies, both captive and independent. My journey has taken me through roles as an agent, agency owner, manager, territory sales manager, sales rep, consultant, and coach. My first dive into Community Marketing was back in 1997 when I organized my very first community event. A year later, I was teaching my first Insurance 101 class, sharing knowledge and connecting with my community.
